  rbd driver returns wrong size when create size is zero

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If the Glance RBD driver does a add() with no/zero image_size it
  calculates the image size from the provided data but still returns
  zero.
