  wsgiref requirement missing

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Baremetal deploy helper (nova/cmd/baremetal_deploy_helper.py) uses
  wsgiref module which is not mentioned in requirements.

  This leads to test runs failures in certain environments, e.g. on my
  system I've seen testr (subunit) failures with following diagnostics
  (among other hardly readable output):

  import
  errors;nova.tests.virt.baremetal.test_nova_baremetal_deploy_helper
