  Hide Availability Zone for create Volume from snapshot

Bug description:
  Steps :
  =======
  1. Create a Volume in a az2
  2. Create a snapshot of the above volume (snapshot will be in az2)
  3. Try to create the volume from the above snapshot and select the different availability zone ( other than az2)

  Error is returned from Cinder that the Volume and Snapshot must be in
  the same AZ.

  The only valid values are the "Any AZ" or AZ of the Snapshot,  we
  should just hide the Availability Zone field to the user to avoid
  confusion.  The volume will  be automatically created in the same AZ
  as the snapshot.
