Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Developing with Keystone refers to "OpenStack Continuous Integration
  Project" under Further Testing section. OpenStack Continuous
  Integration Project  is linked to https://github.com/openstack
  /openstack-ci instead of https://github.com/openstack-ci. There is an
  invalid "openstack" path in the URL.
