  V3 Api does not provide a means of getting certificates

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):

Status in Python client library for Keystone:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Token signing and ca certificates are accessible at
  /v2/certificates/{signing,ca} however there is no way to atain these
  certificates using only the v3 api. This prevents the v3 api being
  deployed on its own.
