Horizon can only expose this type of functionality if Keystone supports
it.  Currently, Keystone provides no such mechanism.

  Support password recovery mechanisms for dashboard login

Bug description:
  In case a user forgot her / his password to login to the dashboard,
  there is no help or recovery mechanism available at all.

  Wouldn't a "email my password" or anyting like that make sense to say
  the least?
