Neutron client does not use StringIO.

(It does use cStringIO, but a separate bug should be opened for that.)

  Import six
  six.StringIO()

  six.StringIO is an alias for StringIO.StringIO in Python 2 and
  io.StringIO in Python3.

  For Python3 compatible.
