Title:
  table column too wide causes actions to be cut off

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When the browser window size width gets small, the table doesn't
  resize automatically anymore and there is no way to access the further
  columns to the right.  Please seem image.

  A suggestion could be that we should check that if the browser window
  width is less than a certain value, the horizontal scroll should
  appear.

  I don't know if this will be addressed in future UI enhancements or
  not.
