there are two ways to handle this, and I think we should do both:

* support deleting multiple keypairs in a single request (help get around rate limiting)
* add option to delete all keypairs

Bug description:
  A user should be able to delete keypairs in bulk.  I'm currently
  deleting about 100,000 of them and expect it to take about 13 hours.
