InvalidRequestError: This Session's transaction has been rolled back due to a previous exception during flush. To begin a new transaction with this Session, first issue Session.rollback(). Original exception was: (IntegrityError) duplicate key value violates unique constraint "networkdhcpagentbindings_pkey"

Apparently this was introduced by
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/71393/ where exception is just
swallowed while session rollback needs to be done.
