This looks like a bug in a rackspaces third party plugin
(https://github.com/rackerlabs/os_diskconfig_python_novaclient_ext/blob/master/os_diskconfig_python_novaclient_ext/__init__.py)
that we do not support upstream. I had no idea that it existed until two
minutes ago.
