Title:
  VolumeOpsTestCase class is incorrectly inheriting from
  HyperVAPITestCase

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The VolumeOpsTestCase class in test_hypervapi.py inherits from
  HyperVAPITestCase, resulting in all the tests from the base class
  being executed twice.
