  Image property filter can't handle old vm_modes

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The ImagePropertyFilter fails if it encounters an old "vm_mode"
  metadata on an older image.  Examples: "pv" or "hv".  In such cases,
  the instance will fail to build.
