  VirtualInterfaceMacAddressException message mention 5 attempts when
  the value is configurable

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The exception "VirtualInterfaceMacAddressException" message says
  "5 attempts to create virtual interface with unique mac address failed" when the number of attempts is configurable
  by "create_unique_mac_address_attempts".

  As proposed fix change to a generic message.
