  Drop dump_... tables in Icehouse (post DB compression)

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The following DB tables should be dropped in Icehouse once we compress
  the database:

   dump_compute_node_stats
   dump_compute_nodes
   dump_instance_actions
   dump_instance_actions_events
   dump_instance_faults
   dump_migrations
