  Need 'month to date' in Resource Usage

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Currently there are multiple date options for Resource Usage panel but
  many times usage is viewed on month boundaries. I would like to add a
  "Month to date' option to date options list.
