  Volume Name field got overwritten in Create Volume

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The Volume Name field will get automatically overwritten in Create
  Volume when choosing Image as the source. As shown in the following
  screenshot: I specified the Volume Name as "Test", once I selected the
  Image, the Volume Name field was automatically replaced with the image
  name.

  If this is done by design, i.e. we intend to use the image name as the
  volume name in this case, it might be better to have some mechanism to
  let the user know about the name replacement.
