  pie charts animating counterclockwise

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The following scenario causes the pie charts animation to behave
  strangely.

  1. Make sure you have less than 10 GB volume storage allocated.

  2. Go to Admin > Project

  3. Edit your current project quotas so that Gigabytes is 10.

  4. Now go to Project > Volumes > Create Volume

  5. For Size, put in some value so that your total volume storage will
  be 7GB or 9GB

  5. Now go to Project > Overview and watch the pie chart animation

  ==> Notice that Volume Storage pie chart doesn't animate
  ==> Notice that the other pie chart do not animate clockwise as they should.  They go counterclockwise and seem to use the Volume Storage total as some kind of basis for which to start animating.
