  Live LDAP test config uses incorrect default user DN

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The default configuration for the live LDAP tests is supposed to match
  the default devstack configuration.  Unfortunately, the user DN  in
  the test configuration uses the wrong attribute in the RDN.  Devstack
  uses the "cn" attribute, but the test config uses the "dc" attribute.
  The test configuration should be changed to match devstack.
