  NSX: not all db migrations are executed

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The following two migrations are currently skipped:

  1c33fa3cd1a1_extra_route_config    (nsx plugin not added)
  363468ac592c_nvp_network_gw (plugin misspelled)

  Existing installations are working as they rely on auto-generation for DB schemas.
  Therefore the bug can be easily fixed by tweaking existing migrations, as there no need to create a distinct migration for deployments upgrading from earlier releases.
