Bug description:
If Nova is configured to use syslog based logging, and there are
multiple services running on a system, it becomes difficult to
identify the service that emitted the log. This can be resolved if the
log record also contains the name of the service/binary that generated
the log. This will also be useful with an OpenStack system using a
centralized syslog based logging mechanism.
