  multiple quantum metadata agent issue

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  (Grizzly)in the network node, I am running 1 dhcp agent, 1 l3-agent
  and 2 metadata agents. one metadata agent points to nova metadata
  service in one Openstack cloud and an other metadata agent points to
  nova metadata service in another Openstack cloud. Both use and connect
  to the same unix domain socket /var/lib/quantum/metadata_proxy. (Two
  clouds share the same network node).  With two metadata agents
  started, it always chooses the last metadata agent started and any
  instance from either cluster always tries to reach the metadata server
  that is configured in the last metadata agent. (so, launching is
  successful from one cloud and metadata access fails on the other)
