Works ok for me.  I'm going to close since this section of code is
scheduled for removal in during Juno.

  linuxbridge unit tests are unstable when are run alone

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  When linuxbridge tests are run alone (either with 'tox  -epy27
  linuxbridge' or '.venv/bin/python run_tests.py linuxbridge') they fail
  with plenty of different errors from time to time.
