Several failures are being observed in Attach Interfaces tests.

the reason for this failure is that nova does not delete the neutron's interface before a timeout (currently 196 seconds) expires.
>From the logs it appears the interface is then deleted about 5 seconds after the timeout expires.

This kind of failures have been observed for a while (see logstash query
[1]), but it seems that their frequency increased in the past 36 hours.
This however might be due to bad patches in the check queue
