[Bug 1292176] [NEW] Re-enable network drag/drop for N1K

Public bug reported:

Currently with the Cisco N1K enabled, at the time of launching an instance,
the JS template that is used to select, drag/drop networks is disabled.

This is because the policy profile attribute has not been added to the
JS template which is needed by the N1K plugin.

So need to re-enable the JS template for N1K and also add the ability to
select a policy profile in addition to the network for each nic.
