Public bug reported:

api/ceilometer.py has a message "Image polling -> it (still) exists" but it is hard to understand and difficult to translate.
While I know it is a copy of ceilometer API definition [1], it should be a better wording.
I hope someone who is familiar with ceilometer rewords this.
