Title:
  Cisco havana metaplugin not extending extension aliases from
  subplugins

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The Cisco monolithic plugin in stable/havana is not extending the list
  of _supported_extension_aliases from the subplugins. As a result the
  user gets a 404 when he/she tries to perform operations on any
  extension resources.

  This issue was seen on a RHEL 6.5 deployment.
