Bug description:
  Using DevStack, with a pretty plain local.conf, to install OpenStack
  into a VM made from http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/saucy/20140326
  /saucy-server-cloudimg-amd64-disk1.img - the launch of keystone fails,
  ending with this complaint:

  dbus.exceptions.DBusException:
  org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NotSupported: Unable to autolaunch a dbus-
  daemon without a $DISPLAY for X11
