Multiple folks including me confirmed it works as expected, so I close

  "View details" of containers is not accurate

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  From the Horizon Portal we can view the container and the objects in
  them. When attempting to view the details of the container, it always
  reports the container has "Object Count" as None and "Size" as 0
  bytes.
