  Passing a scheduler hint for the GroupAntiAffinityFilter no longer
  works:

  nova boot --flavor m1.nano --image cirros-0.3.1-x86_64-uec --nic net-
  id=909e7fa9-b3af-4601-84c2-01145b1dea72 --hint group=foo server-foo

  ERROR (NotFound): The resource could not be found. (HTTP 404)
  (Request-ID: req-21430f41-e6ca-46db-ab5c-890a1d1dbd01)

  screen-n-api.log contains message:

  Caught error: Instance group foo could not be found.
