I did a fresh install like Floren and now it's working as expected.

Bug description:
How to Reproduce
1. Make sure you have an available volume, otherwise create a new one
2. Create a new instance
3. For 'Instance Boot Source', select 'Boot from Volume'
4. Suspend this Instance
5. Resume Instance
You will get a success message, but the instance is still in
"Suspended" state.
