Title:
  Unit test failed or show errors for NVP advanced plugin test cases

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Random unit test failures are observed in NVP advanced plugin test
  cases.

  One cause being observed from the failure log is caused by
  unpredictable greenthread scheduling. This will be fixed by increasing
  the max task status probing time from 1 second to 10 seconds.

  Another one being observed, which showed Exception error messages, is
  a bug in task manger code.
