[Bug 1306285] [NEW] remove_rbd_volumes can't remove volumes with / characters in them
Public bug reported:
as a convenience, rbd interprets everything before a "/" in the volume
name as the name of the pool to use. This causes the "rm" subcommand to
implicitly ignore the "-p" flag, which is bad.
