  Debug option in ./run_tests.sh

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Bug description:
  In other projects like nova, you can run tests with debug mode by
  passing a -d flag to ./run_tests.sh, in horizon this doesn't exist.
  Not sure whether this is a bug or not, but it will be extremely useful
  to have it.
