Title:
  N1kv plugin string split on None exception

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In function _initialize_network_ranges() in n1kv_neutron_plugin.py, _get_segment_range() is called regardless of network type.
  For trunk and multi-segment networks, which don't have a segment range, this results in an exception.

  The fix is to check for network type, before the _get_segment_range()
  operation.

  A patch for this will be submitted.
