in the launch instance window, we get to select instance boot source and we have image source and snapshot source. 
when I select image source (boot from image) I can see all types of images (Image and snapshot) and when I select snapshot source (boot from snapshots) I see only the snapshots type images. 

If we are making a distinction between the types I think we should
filter the "boot from image" view to only image type.
