  access denied when starting compute

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.10, XCP 1.6, Folsom

  I receive an access denied error when I try to start the nova-compute
  service.

  
  Here's a piece of nova-compute.log:

  Not having any luck figuring out where access is being denied.
