  Can't control instances from the page other than first

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  If you have many instances and want to control them
  (start/stop/restart etc.) from Horizon it does work only from the
  first page (20 items per page by default). If you click "more" and go
  to another page, then no errors/warns logged at all, you are not
  receiving success notification on action in Horizon and instance stays
  untouched. Controlling via nova command from console works fine. You
  can workaround this issue by setting up "Items Per Page" to some large
  value in Settings.
