I've changed a wrong parameter in my nova.conf,   deleted my temporary
files,  reset / restart Firefox   and now it's solved.

       Status: Incomplete => Invalid

Title:
  The popup don't appear when click on 'Launch an Instance'

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I click on 'Launch Instance',   just "Loading ... "  screen is
  displayed infinitely.

  I press 'Escape', I click on another control button, this other popup is displayed.  
  When  I close  (or valid) this new popup,  I can see the popup 'Launch an Instance' ,   like it was in background..   
  After that, even when the 'Instance' popup is displayed,  the Tabs (Access&Security,  Networking..)  are displayed all-in-one tab..  

  I've tried Horizon with Firefox 26.0  on Linux Mint and Windows 7.

  
  This bug is not blocking  :  Deployment by Horizon (or by nova boot)  works perfectly !
