  Incorrectly set kernal_id and ramdisk_id for the instance

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Env: Launch the nova and glance services with devstack and choose libvirt as the hypervisor driver. 
  If we launch the VM, the kernal_id and ramdisk_id are set to null, but actually they should be referring to two other images according to the image properties.
