  Bar charts render on top of each other when refreshing

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When a bar chart is refreshed (the refresh method is called), the old
  chart is not cleared. Instead, a new chart is rendered on top of the
  old chart, resulting in a mess. :) The old chart's html should be
  cleared before rendering the new chart.
