  missing mac addresses in nova notification

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  One of the use case for nova notification is to monitor instance
  creation/deletion and update the configuration management system
  accordingly.

  Currently the payload of the notification only contains fixed_ips from
  VIFs, the mac address from VIFs is also a very important information
  and should be included with the payload of the notification.

  Nova version: 2013.2.4  stable/havana
