Bug description:
  I feel that the injected_file_path_bytes quata description both in
  Horizon as in the docs is a bit ambiguous even after
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1254049 as i may be hard to
  notice first hand if that's a limit on the file path length or the
  actual file.

  Maybe as Akihiro Motoki proposed in
