    File "neutron/lib/python2.7/site-packages/neutron/wsgi.py", line 98, in start
      session.get_engine(sqlite_fk=True).pool.dispose()
  AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'get_engine'

  wsgi.py was not updated with these changes and execution results in an
  exception when get_engine from
  neutron.openstack.common.db.sqlalchemy.session is invoked.
