[Bug 1317838] Re: unable to evacuate on shared storage
For evacuate, the --on-shared-storage means whether the server files are
located on shared storage, i.e. the /var/lib/nova/instances files as
explained in this doc:

If you're using cinder, that's a service to provide block storage to
users via volumes described here:
http://docs.openstack.org/openstack-
ops/content/storage_decision.html#block_storage
If you have a suggestion about how the documentation could be made
clearer, please reply to this bug.

shared storage on cinder with ceph
Basicly, when I'm running "nova evacuate <instance id> <host id> --on-
shared-storage" program exits with code 0. You can find all attached
