  Inconsistent capitalization on Networks tab under Launch Instance

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Under Launch Instance -> Networks, the two options are "Selected
  Networks" and "Available networks".  Capitalization of "networks"
  should probably be consistent.

  Obviously minor and doesn't affect usability.
