  Fix Released

Bug description:
  $ ./run_tests.sh
  No virtual environment found...create one? (Y/n) y
  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "tools/install_venv.py", line 29, in <module>
      from tools import install_venv_common as install_venv
  ImportError: No module named tools

  Change "Enable H304 check" (I099ed65db9b42223eaa4b66a3a5c6113d1cc56fe)
  causes it.
