  In some case lose information of the first exception in
  store.rbd.Store

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When an exception occurs during exception handling, it lose the
  information of the first exception.

  In glance.store.rbd.Store.add(), in some cases, before re-transmission
  of the exception, the exception is rewritten.
