Bug description:
-Quantum linux bridge plugin
after i deleted vm ( tap devices name was tap2c0db934-85), check the
iptables in compute nodes and it shows the iptable's chain for that vm
is still remains like below
chain quantum-linuxbri-INPUT (1 references)
pkts bytes target prot opt in out source destination
3407 525K all -- * * 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0
3473 531K all -- * * 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0
