  Big Switch: Consistency watchdog should stop on polling interval of 0

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If the user sets the consistency watchdog polling interval to 0, it
  will poll as fast as possible instead of disabling the watchdog as
  expected.
